Facilities

Backed by state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and managerial know-how we confidently meet the technical requirements in terms of intricacy of the casting and specifications.

Pattern Shop:

We have a well- equipped In-house Pattern Shop for manufacturing and reconditioning of Aluminium & Wooden Patterns.

Moulding Shop:

Our Moulding shop has complete facilities of hand moulding for Sodium Silicate – Co2 Process and it also has chemically bonded sand processes for Core Making.

Melting Shop:

150 KW Medium frequency Induction melting furnace of 150 Kgs, 300 Kgs Crucibles & 450 Kw Induction furnace of 1000 Kgs and 1750 Kgs Crucibles. Maximum Single Piece cast weights 1200 Kgs.

Fettling Shop:

Our in- house fettling shop is equipped with facilities including pencil hand grinders to Heavy Swing frame grinders, air arc Gouging & Shot Blasting, Acid pickling & Passivation for up gradation of castings. Welders here are qualified as per IBR / ASME/ EN Standards, under third parties like TUV.

Heat Treatment:

We have Oil- fired furnace of capacity upto 1.5 tons per charge & 5.0 tons per charge, Two electric furnace of capacity up to 3 tons per charge. Maximum operating temperature 12000 C, with arrangements for automatic multipoint temperature recording of various zones of each furnace and with facilities for water quenching. Furnace is calibrated to API – 6A Annex- P under TUV & IBR.

Captive Power Plant:

160 KVA, 320 KVA, 380 KVA & 750 KVA power generators are there for 100% Backup.
